  : There was no breakfast, just coffee. The location and pricing were the only things I liked.
  : The manager Maria is a bully. I came back to my room one day and saw the maid cart a few doors down so I grabbed a few dirty towels to exchange but no one was at the cart. I just exchanged the towels and then I heard Maria yelling at me from the parking lot. She ran up the stairs and took the towels out of my hand and gave me back my dirty towels and told me to go to the office for exchange. I'm on the far end of the property and she knew I am a disabled veteran and still sent me all the way to the front office for a couple of towels. I ordered room service one day before and I came back at 3:00 p.m. and there were still no service done. I called the front desk and Maria answered and gave me a bunch of excuses about they do checkouts first, then first floor, then second floor, and then third floor. I was on third floor so I asked one to expect the room to be serviced she told me when they get there. Next thing I know she was knocking on my door asking me to leave for no reason. I went to close the door to the room I signed and paid for and she put her foot in the door to prevent that. I asked her to please remove her foot from my door she said it was her door. She is a bully through and through. Then I realized I need to stay for another week so I reserved a room online. I went to the office and Mercedes told me that Maria said I was DNR. I suddenly had to find a new place to stay because Maria continued to be a bully to me. Hopefully she gets the training she needs to do the job she's supposed to do.
