: The attitude of the owner at the time of check out was unacceptable. The primary reason was her poor comnunication skills in english. First of all while we were charged around 70 francs for cleaning she also charged us 2.60 for a garbage bag. No guidance as to where we should throw recyclables. So we seperated recyclables using a garbage bag we had with us. Another thing that striked us was the lack of any sort of kitchen amenities like salt, liquid soap etc that usually find in similar apartments left in most cases by other people.So at the time at check out and as we were heading to airport we left unused staff at the apartment to be used either by the owner or by next occupants. Check out was at 10. At 0950 she was asking when we were leaving and when we told her that we were leaving in 15 minutes she looked unhappy. When we were leaving she entered the room and then came down furious holding the bag with recyclables. Apparently we had to know that we should have taken only plastic bottles to a place in the village. And that the remaining (like tins, other plastic) we should throw them in this "special garbage bag" that would cost us 2.60. Also she was showing us some unused staff we left behind like water, beer and torteglini saying "it is not ok". We threw the torteglini in the garbage bag we bought and took the beer and water with us (gave them to some people in the village).So our advices to the owner: 1. when you charge 70 francs for cleaning please inlcude 2-3 bags in the price. It is simply unacceptable to cgarge 2.60 for a bag.2. Please provide guidance to your customers about recycling. They are not all from Switzerland.3. It would be nice to have not only 1 toilet paper or salt or liquid soap. They dont cost a lot but it is a hustle for people travelling from other countrie by plane.

: Great location near to the Saas Grund lift. Balcony view of the mountains was excellent. Very clean and functional apartment. Host was helpful yet respected our privacy.
: Matresses are not great particularly for a bigger individual. Spare pillow (s) should be available. Addition of some small items would improve your experience. Pegs, hand washing soap, salt, washing up liquid are examples of things you don't want to bring or have to go buy.
