  : South facing rooms provide unobstructed scenic view on the village and the mountains. The property, although showing some age, was quite cozy and comfortable for our 3-nights stay. We also highly appreciated the positive vibe and care from the personnel. Food was great. Logistics to the ski lifts and storage of equipment was very efficient.

  : Breakfast option was really nice, view is amazing, staff is super nice
  : We purchased the half board option, which was at a good price. But considering there are many families with kids, the menu should be adapted to that. The kids did not eat the salad/soup and they waited for 1h to get some proper food for them: pasta with some beef stew. Salad was tasty but not suitable for kids. The soup was also spicy, not suitable for small kids. So if the dinner option is improved, one menu for parents, another one for kids that will be great

  : Charming old style family hotel. We had a big room with a balcony and an enormous bathtub. The view was impressive. Service was performed in a friendly and smiley manner. I really appreciated that during our last breakfast the lady (I apologize for not catching the name) remembered that we wanted more coffee and hot water and she brought it to us, without having to ask. The breakfast buffet is various and can satisfy all tastes. The dinner location is cozy and the menu is well structured. Perhaps the service can be perceived as somewhat slow during busy days, but it gave us a change to talk and enjoy the dinner more. I also appreciated that the room was cleaned while we went for breakfast and at our return everything was clean and tidy. We felt welcomed. It was a lovely experience. To all Alphubel staff a big thank you.

  : The service during dinner can be improved. To be faster, and to have at least 2 series. It was far too crowed for covid. Breakfast the same.
