  : Good was not good at all and whilst waiting staff were excellent reception and maintenance were not. In fact one member of staff was downright rude.

  : The breakfast- poor selection and spread out everywhereThe room had one small window. We couldnt keep it open because of the noise outside most nights. The light in the bathroom wasnt great. Very small bathroom.Bar was quite small. Spa was really poor. Should be open during day as some people dont ski. Pool tiny. Spread out.

  : The staff, particularly the dining staff are just lovely. We had a Hungarian waitress for several days and she could not have been more helpful Otherwise, comfortable rooms, Good sized bathroom, plenty of storage space
  : The evening meals were hit and miss. The New Year GALA dinner was a disaster. After two hours we had only had the two cold (and not very nice) starters in our dining room. We were in the old fashioned dining room. The staff were apologetic but most tables resorted to the kids meal. We had the kids meal and left. It wasnt much of a NY. The kids menu seemed to be schnitzel and pasta every night. The spa is limited and there is no hot tub The ski room is just too far away from the rooms and the ski lifts The hotel is too hot
