: We stayed here to be close to the ski slopes and it certainly is. You can see slopes from all sides of the hotel. Nursery slopes are just outside and there are two gondolas within about 150 yards. The hotel is really well equipped and the rooms are spacious; we had a suite with sitting area and fridge etc. Bath was large, shower had plenty of power and room was spacious with double sink.Unlike some Austrian hotels our double was a double- no separate single mattresses. If I were being picky I would say the towels and bedding etc are a bit tired, but everything was clean. Also there were lovely big fluffy robes provided for using to go to the sauna etc. Hotel was always warm, windows were very cold and noise proof.We stayed on a half board deal and the food was consistently excellent. Breakfast had a great range of food including freshly cooked eggs omelettes etc , we enjoyed the afternoon snack after skiing, cakes, soup and meat and cheese snacks etc. Dinner was consistently very high quality, tasty creative food, typically 4 courses. The wine list is excellent and the staff knowledgeable. There was a meat fish or veggie option every evening and we tried a range over the four days. Mike, serving in the restaurant deserves a special shout out... by the last night he would just recommend wine for us based on all our discussions and what wed enjoyed.The village /town is well equipped and everyone we met was super helpful.Ski lifts open early and night skiing means the real enthusiasts are out until 9pm.

: Great great great location, especially for the ski school which meets right out the back door of the hotel. Very close to lifts. Great view of the valley from our room. The food was very good on the included menu. Breakfast was extensive and great.
: The hotel felt a little big and impersonal. The decor needed a little bit of updating. Would have been perfect if there were a pool.
