  : Door knob of bedroom broke in my hand and was trapped inside alone in room for 15 minutes. If I had no phone with me I would have been seriously trapped as no balcony outside my room to alert anyone. Shower pressure poor. Should supply more than one medium towel for free. Need larger towels and more of them. Would have preferred a fitted sheet with a flat sheet on top. AC only served the main room. Basics like tea bags toilet roll washing up liquid sponges and cloths should be supplied to slow clients to leave the place clean without having to buy large expensive containers for what is essentially a weeks stay. It would benefit cleaners owners and clients. Very stingy not toSupply these. For clients who arrive in late due to Flights etc why not leave afew coffee pods?Pool closes too early each night. Biggest issue I had was the appallingly early finish time of the local bus. ThisAparthotel is 35 minutes fast walk fromL Corniche which is the main beach and over an hours walk to the centre ville de Sete. As a woman holidaying alone this puts me at risk when I had the choice either to date in and do nothing or go out and have some dinner or entertainment.I hate the impossible communication system that Odalys as an organisation have with clients. I was calling the main office which was the only number I was given on booking.com instead of the local number in Sete. They were more than helpful when I finally did get this number but by then it was too late as Id booked a non refundable stay.

  : Didn't have breakfast as quite expensive . Reception was excellent especially Tara who spoke excellent English and was very helpful. She made us feel relaxed on arrival and helped us whenever we met her with taxi information etc

  : It was a nice short stay during February.. Location is Good, close to the beach & if you want to visit to other small towns like Agde .. it's faster to commute
  : Compared to the price that was charged , the breakfast was not right level
