  : - Calm and separated environment, nice walking tour - Comfortable beds and bedrooms - Large double-door fridge with ice dispenser - Spatious ground floor - Wellness area. I'd advice to upgrade infra-sauna to regular sauna - Wifi. It was crucial, since there's no cellular reception in the area - Great food (delivery)
  : Enjoyed our stay, but there were some annoying details. If these were addressed, would be even better. So please consider improving: - description and pictures on booking.com should be complete and accurate. Host seemed to consider their own website as valid. The issues were: * towels and toilet paper should have been provided, as the booking said so. I've been to many places, some cheaper hostels required guests to bring own sheets and towels, but with a possibility to rent them for a fee. Never saw a place without toilet paper. I don't recommend this policy for this nice apartment, it cost nothing, especially when compared to dissatisfaction. However, if the policy remains, should be clearly stated on the profile * hot tub was unusable. Very slow input stream, takes ca. 75 minutes to fill up. And it leaks, drains completely after 2-3 hours. And completely useless control panel. This was known to the host for a while, so could have been marked as "temporary unavailable" * missing kettle and washing machine * swings in the backyard was dismounted (booking was made including children of ages 1-3 years) - walls and windows were full of bugs - outdoor areas were full of cat feces and stinked from cat urine - neighbour's dogs were vicously charging on us everytime we had a walk, had to use a stick to prevent from being bitten
