  : The view is spectacular. Villa is large and outdoor space is plenty. Pool is great. Walking distance to Soller centre. Street is quiet, free parking on a first come first serve basis.
  : The view compensated for everything but if we had to mention something, the dishes were not as clean as we would have them. Not a big deal, we just rewashed everything. Also, the villa is in need of renovation, but is large and functional, and you get what you pay for.

  : very nice Villa with a great view of Soller and the mountains. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Hiking trails start right at the front gate of the villa.
  : The electric heating was not really strong enough for cold weather. We had several power outages during our stay and had reset the circuit breaker frequently when we used the kitchen stove and oven. This is not a problem in warm weather.

  : The location was excellent. We didn't hire a car as it is an easy walk into the town and the buses went all over the island. It is also right on the GR221 for hiking and great to relax afterwards by the pool. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to contact.
  : Just some minor repairs needed to the bathroom door ( swollen due to the heat ) and more sockets in the kitchen would have been useful but nothing really to spoil our stay.

  : We were thrilled with our stay at Villa Ideal. Maria, the host, fulfilled any requests we had and was easy to contact. The villa itself has the most beautiful views of the mountains and is the perfect place to spent the day lazing by the pool, and having a BBQ. It is around a 15 minute walk into the town of Soller - it has some nice shops to walk around and lovely restaurants in the town square. The port is about a 10 minute drive away - I would suggest hiring a car as taxis are quite difficult to get hold of, unless booked in advance (Maria can pass on a company she recommends). Would definitely stay here again and excellent value for money. Thank you Maria!
  : More of a heads up than a negative - to use the A/C in the main bedroom, you need to go to 'AIR FLOW' and scroll through until you find the snowflake symbol. We melted for a day or two before realising this. Also, for some reason, some of the blue paint was coming off the pool and onto our skin/swimwear. We notified Maria and she said she would speak to the technicians. It wasn't harmful and easy to remove in the shower.

  : Beautiful outlook to the mountains; quiet and secluded swimming pool - a real highlight; very welcoming and helpful hosts who communicate very well and respond quickly to requests.
  : The bbq wasnt particularly inviting. We had been looking forward to that, but it left us disappointed. It wasnt very clean and it came with nothing. A starter pack would be nice, or even the option to prepay for fuel/lighters etc? The outdoor space is fantastic so it could be a real selling point. That was the only negative, everything else was great.
