Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport.

Please note that Regina's Residenz has no reception. You can collect your keys at the following address: Dorfstraße 101, Sölden 6450

Check-in takes place at Regina's Alp Deluxe, Gemeindestraße 3, 6450 Sölden. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, late check-in is possible until 22:00 upon prior confirmation by the property and then late check-in takes place at Hotel Regina, Dorfstraße 101, 6450 Sölden
