  : Great place for a stop over on our journey south. Nice clean rooms, food in the restaurant was ok.
  : Nothing Gluten Free available for breakfast - but, to be fair, when we mentioned it they did go out on a special trip to see if they could get anything so they did try their best to sort it out.

  : This is a very good simple place to stay in a beautiful town. A very good carefully prepared evening meal with good value wines. Clean friendly and reasonably priced. Easy parking. Happy to have stayed here again. Do take the chance to walk around the town.

  : Friendly staff, rooms were clean, breakfast was good.
  : Bed was uncomfortable. We could feel the wooden slats through the mattress but we managed to get a nights sleep. No door on the loo was a surprise.

  : The room was clean, thats about it
  : Everything else! There was a steep staircase with only a rope to aid ascent, this rope was a hazard, as the brackets were loose and the rope frayed at the top. The woman greeting us was not welcoming or friendly at all. Quite the opposite. She watched me limp in (I have a damaged knee) and with a spiteful face, gave us the room furthest away, even though we were the only occupants! The corridors are so narrow you have to walk sideways, so they dont conform to any kind of fire regulations.The meal was terrible. Warm white wine, so we ordered a red, which she put on the table with force and left us to drink it out of the same glasses as the white! 30 wine contaminated. The steak, I ordered in written French, medium, or A Point, and it came CREMATED the woman was nowhere to be seen, she didnt come and ask if everything was ok, so we just sat there unable to eat this burnt offering. I complained when she did finally appear and told her I was only happy to pay for one steak (my husband ate some as he was so hungry) in the bar she gave us a bill for the whole lot, and when I said no, the chef/ownera big man called Frederico, raged and shouted in `French and forced us to pay, or he was calling the police! I said clearly you do not care about happy customers. He then gave us a drink each, but only after I paid the whole bill. They were just horrible people, and it was a very stressful experience. We felt bullied and threatened, and ignored in equal measure. The bed was tiny and hard. We barely slept. I would recommend Booking takes this property off, as it does not meet standards travellers expect.
