  : The customer service. We called due to a hornets nest on patio the woman was rude. First told us that they didnt deal with that kind of thing. Then stated they will get to it if they have time. Had to drive back to office and talk to her manager. When they came to spray they left dead hornets all over the deck and the nest lying on the deck. The kitchen is not stocked with pots and pan made it difficult to cook. There was only 5 towels. With a family of six and hot tub we were washing all the time. Manger staff is RUDE.

  : Loved the hot tub and the area, and jacuzzi tub.
  : Outdated small ceiling fan in master bedroom. Outdated interior, needs new appliances and pictures would make a big difference.

  : It was very peaceful the site was very beautiful I liked the balcony I had alot of privacy around us great to go for walks on trails and down town is not far at all great places to eat gift shops and to entertain the kids
  : The cabin was not clean we had to wash out bed sheets they had dog hair in cover and sheets all windows had hand prints there was dirty towels in the washer there was spider webs every where by the hot tub and the entrance door haven't got my deposit back

  : Shower head in master bedroom for cold water was stripped had trouble turning that off but overall everything was great..really enjoyed my stay..

  : The house was big with lots of space. Fireplace was amazing and set a good ambiance for mountain living.
  : That the hot tub was broken and we didn't find out until the day we checked in. We were promised the pump would be working by the following day and it wasn't. Only downfall to our stay was no hot tub.
