  : Great location, very clean, comfortable rooms. Having coffee maker and stove was a big plus. The owner, Ron was very responsive when my brother and I called to check in and was very nice on the phone

  : Nothing. Uncomfortable beds, awful landlord, shared tenancy with neighbors who are inconsiderate at best, and no regard for privacy or decency !
  : Where to start?? The landlord specified one parking spot in the check in instructions..failing to mention this is a house divided into two homes and there are long term renters behind the unit...with one shared driveway. Imagine my surprise when even after our attempts to coordinate with them on any plans so we could move the car when needed, I receive a text not only from the landlord..but from the tenants ! The landlord gave my number to these people!! Such a violation of privacy. He then calls and me and tries to say there is no parking in the driveway, the check in instructions are wrong and we have to park at the church two houses down. This entire interaction was awful and I would not recommend this rental to anyone! On top of this ( as if it's not enough) , the home is divided in a way that you hear the tenants next door..and they are LOUD. As in all hours of the night, screeching and yelling. Stay far far away from this rental.
