  : In the middle of the city and beach.
  : Car charging advertised, but there is none. They offered us to plug it in the regular socket, but we didn't have an adapter for that.

  : Friendliness of the staff and quality of the room. The free bikes to the city center :) effort that goes into the breakfast.
  : The breakfast is organized in a inefficient way. Everything that is available to eat is prepared for every table separately. I would suggest to make it a buffet style breakfast; This takes less time and doesn't need as much effort from the team while breakfast is served. Additionally, it should give less waste (a plate of ham, with half of it eaten could only be thrown away or given to a different table, both of them aren't the best options in my opinion). Don't get me wrong, the breakfast quality is great! I just think that there are better ways to organize it.

  : This is a family business, they are quite friendly. Good value of money, having kitchenette in the room. Large Nice balcon. Use bike free of charge. We were allowed for a late check out. Supermarket and Pharmacy under the villa.
  : Noisy in the morning as it is direct by street where cars will wake you up quite early. We needed to pay the rent money in cash, as they ve no card machine. They opened the room on us while sleeping twice. Room was not cleaned for 3 days, two days because we left after 14.00 but the third day, we left at 11.00. Walking distance from old town around 24 min. Breakfast can be better oranised

  : Ideal location for exploring Rovinj and the surrounding area. Thanks to the included bikes, especially the beaches were easy to reach. Small shopping possibilities next door. Fresh towels and room cleaning every dayWe were luck that we had a suite with balcony to the North-East side of the house. Within 5min walk, we found a very nice Croation Restaurant called Maslina which offered beauty dishes and local specialities with a wide range from fish to meat.We'll come again
  : The kitchenet wasn't ours, but sufficient to keep drinks cool and cook hot water for coffee

  : It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The area was nice as well, although it was a good walk from the centrum.
  : Indications to restaurants and walk to centrum could be improved
