  : Unfortunately the bedroom walls are paper thin and in the next room to me was a loud snorer who sounded like he was in the room with me . Also couldnt get the radiator on for some background heat .

  : What a beautiful room (4), plenry of hanging space, little dresding table - lovely welcoming staff with a great bar.
  : My god - THE MATTRESS- it was paper thin and I could feel the slats. Luckily we had a family room that had a single bed in it and that's where my husband slept!!! You could squeeze the edges (top to bottom) together in your fingers and they met. The worst mattress I have every come across terrible night trying to sleep - such a shame as a beautifulroom, but feel I have to be honest or whats the point of these reviews.

  : Comfy beds, free parking, great helpful staff, excellent food quality.
  : Our room was very noisy early in the morning on the first night...traffic and pub noise. We were charged 20 to upgrade to a much quieter room on the top floor. Woken at 1am by shouting and music played loudly in the room next door. A Party going on with 4/5 people. Complained to the supervisor who confirmed they had not booked the room and said he would wait 5 minutes before telling them to leave. 10 minutes later he did. They eventually left.I would like a refund of 20 and an apology from management.

  : Nothing, couldn't get out of the place fast enough
  : Everything, arrived about 4.30pm after a long drive looking forward to a pleasant evening and good nights sleep. Wrong the room was on the top floor access via a mountain of stairs. The room was the most basic we have ever stayed in, cold and damp. The Toilet and shower were down the hall away from the room not next to it as expected. We went down the mountain of stairs to have a meal, Friday night must have been regular party night, slow service and very noisy. Asked to leave our table and move while we were waiting for desert to be served. Retired to the room to find the heating was still not working even after I complained about the room being cold. Also asked if a hair dryer was available, told no. Final was when the Disco kicked off and was going flat out till 11.00pm.

  : Very basic. Needs redecorating. Had to ask for the heating to be turned on. Breakfast was ok although they forgot the hash brown. Extra for breakfast. On top of the 80 for the tired room.
  : Needs decorating. Staff could be more attentive. Only one biscuit for a family room. No bottled water provided. Shower was too small.
