  : This apartment was in a good location on the beach.
  : We arrived here for a 2 night stay, 6 adults in an 11 bed apartment. On the first evening when trying to cook we had a power failure: this happened 3 times. We were unable to switch power back on due to circuit breaker over heating. We managed to get hold of the property maintainer who sent an electrician. The circuit breaker was too small in Amp for the property do needed to be replaced, this couldnt be done at the time so we had to spend the first night limiting our electric use and with several power cuts. Both our evening meal and breakfast were disrupted by power cuts, the evening meal for 40 minutes where we had to sit in the dark. The circuit board was fixed the following day at midday. We kindly requested that our first night stay was refunded due to the disruptions and need to purchase additional food out of the apartment: the host refused and tried to blame us for using too much electric. There were only 6 of us in an 11 bed house using one television, lights, charger and cooking. This is not excessive electric use. We were happy to pay for the second night after the issue was resolved. We do not feel it is unreasonable to request a refund for the first night but the Host continues to refuse to return the money for this nights stay.

  : The cleanliness of the house. Dirt and hair was everywhere on the ground and showers! Also a plate of food was left in the microwave!!
