  : The a/c leaked onto the microwave and filled the tray where the coffee maker sat. The wrong type of coffee was by the maker, needed a tray not a flat disc. Leak was so bad it had peeled the paint off sagging it down the wall. Bathtub had mold around the caulk. Not that clean…especially around the property. Not much pride in keeping things nice. Filled trash cans everywhere. Breakfast bar was pretty sad. Sparse at best. Front desk two gentlemen weren’t very friendly either.

  : There was no ac in the entire building except your room, the staff was very rude, it was dirty and musty. My sink stayed clogged for 2 days despite telling front desk the issue. I had a bed bug and they said they couldn’t do anything about that but they’ll clean it after I checked out. My family and I got evacuated due to wildfires and came here, the staff did not care about any of that. They were heartless knowing what everyone was going through

  : None of the following was usable: Pool, hot tub, ice machine, lobby restrooms and one of our two tvs. Every outdoor trash can was over flowing with trash all over the ground.

  : Nothing. Room filthy. Bathroom had water leaks in ceiling. Tub was filthy. Room had not been cleaned and was not cleaned while there

  : My sink was clogged for my whole 2 day stay. Told front desk and all they said was “ok we’ll go up there” and they never went. I found a bed bug on my bed and they said they couldn’t do anything cause it happens all the time. It was hot and uncomfortable and with my family being displaced by the wildfire in Ruidoso, they did not seem to care at all.

  : That the AC worked & thankful for it didn't break down in the middle of the night or day!!Having running water was very nice.
  : No extra rollaway was available for a family so called room type. Had to sleep on floor & try to use mattress tops to use as a mattress. The toilet got plugged up in the middle of second night. The hallway was ALWAYS HOT!! We asked for a hardship rate for room..my family & I had to evacuate from fires. We come from Ruidoso, New Mexico. Monday, June 17, 2024 forest fires started and ended up the WHOLE village had to evacuate. Front Desk didn't care!! No compassion for any other evacuees!! 1st morning breakfast was horrible, where was the food? Where was the coffee..motel was booked/sold out. No accommodations/motel wasn't ready. They might have been scamming individuals, families, etc. I wouldn't want to stay here again or recommend anyone to stay here at the motel.

  : The staff were very nice and worked well under pressure. Due to the fires in nearby towns, Roswell became the evacuation location. They also had a convention staying and the hotel was sold out. We weren’t able to get a ground floor room since everyone also requested this due to no elevators, only stairs. Traveling with two persons who have trouble using stairs this wasn’t ideal but not the hotels fault at all. Plus there are literally guests staying there who have or may have lost all their possessions in the fires. I hardly have anything to complain about. I think the staff did a great job and stayed calm when the lines were long at check in. They helped everyone and did it with grace.
  : Only having stairs and no elevators would have been nice to know beforehand. I would have booked a different hotel for the night. I honestly cannot say that they are necessary for any other time than this particular stay. I don’t see this hotel normally being completely sold out and unable to accommodate persons with a disability who cannot walk upstairs. Plus only having two stories elevators hardly seem necessary for the average travelers. It only affects our family due to disability and there was nothing the hotel could have done differently given their full capacity. Breakfast was dismal but wasn’t a deal breaker considering it’s an added bonus when available and more options.
