Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.
Please note that the rates given for breakfast, lunch and dinner only apply when these are booked as supplements on this site. Different rates may apply locally.

The half-board service includes breakfast and dinner.

Please note children under 16 years old have limited access to the spa, based on a preset schedule.

Please note, the maximum occupancy per room is 3 guests (including adults and children).

Please note double rooms come with 1 double bed or 2 single beds depending on availability at the moment of check-in.

When booking half-board and full board, please note that drinks are not included.

*Restricted access for children from 0 to 16 years old (they must always be accompanied by an adult): From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Gym not suitable for children under 18 years of age.

General regulations
Dogs up to 10kg in weight that are not category 1 (attack) and 2 (defense) are allowed. The updated animal passport must be presented.
Only one dog per room is allowed. In the hotel room you will find a courtesy bowl for your dog.
Access to the hall and the elevators of the hotels for the entrance and exit of the hotel will be allowed as long as they are duly linked.
It is not allowed to leave the dog alone in the room or its access to the common areas of the hotels unless they are inside a carrier.
Right of admission
The hotels reserve the right of admission. In the event that the dog barks or does not behave appropriately and we receive complaints from other clients, the hotel must be left with full payment for the stay.
