  : More stairs than we expected - would have preferred ground floor, but not given that choice. Wish we had known about pub right behind us!

  : Apartment was a good size and a lovely location.
  : Lack of soundproofing from upstairs apartment meant we had a barrage of heavy footsteps every evening and could hear everything they were saying. Was also woken up early on the the second morning by window cleaners banging on our windows while it was obvious we were in bed. We were on holiday so shouldn't have to get up early. Also a list of chores to do on leaving felt a bit steep we always leave a place tidy but here we felt almost pressured to do part of the cleaners job also found staff unfriendly and couldn't manage a hello or even a smile when we greeted them.

  : Being in basement there was no natural light in kitchen/dining room.En-suite bathroom out of commission.

  : The size of the place was great for us as a family , It was clean and tidy . It was in a lovely village setting
  : It could have done with more storage in the bedrooms as there was no were to put our clothes in one of the bedrooms . The garden area needs to be fenced off especially if you have your pet or young children

  : Very spacious apartment, excellent location and local amenities. Local bus to Inverness great for a break from driving. Also local dolphin trip from the harbour was an amazing experience with skipper being really knowledgeable and respectful of marine life.
