  : Lots of space, clean, easy parking, 10 minutes walk to town, supermarket and a couple of great restaurants just around the corner.
  : No heating in living room because the remote for the heater doesn't work. Neither toilet works properly. Basic problems that need attention.

  : Location. Good size house. We didn't use mini pool as the weather was cold.
  : The kitchen lacked some complementary basics such as kitchen towels, dish washer tablets and washing machine detergent.

  : We were surprised by the size of the property. I was also surprised to see that there was a pool in the back. The kitchen is absolutely massive and the entire house is well-decorated and comfortable. We felt right at home. There is also a grocery store just around the corner (<1 min walk).
  : It is difficult to control the car gate using the remote. You have to hold the buttons for a long time and sometimes it feels like it doesn't respond. The house is also in a nice area, but somewhat far from the town centre, so you will probably want to drive the car rather than walk into town.

  : Pro's The location of the property was in a lovely local Spanish community close to a a few bars/restaurants and a supermarket. It's about a 20 min walk (some up hill) into Ronda town. Off road private and covered car parking, perfect for keeping the car cool during the hot days The plunge pool was an added bonus especially as the heat was just rising as we were there. It certainly kept our temperatures in check from the sweltering heat. There is an electronic patio sunshade to have somewhere to escape the afternoon sun. Having washing facilities as I was able to get our clothes washed and dried very easily before coming home, no cases fully of dirty washing!
  : Con'sMy husband and I travelled with my mum. I booked a 3 bedroom property as we like to have the flexibility of an extra room due to snoring and light sleeping patterns. However when we checked in, the 3rd room was locked off. Whilst I appreciate that there was different prices depending upon the number of guests I wasn't aware that we wouldn't have access to the full house as we have in previous properties we've rented in the area., I would have happily paid the additional cost if I was aware. this should be made clear in the property write-up.The shower head in the main bedroom en-suite was faulty (despite trying to fix it) the rubber insert either needs fixing or replaced.The cleanliness of the main upstairs bathroom wasn't the best, lots of old soap build-up, we had to buy cleaning products to clean it before use.We were only provided with 1 bath and 1 hand towel each for a 2 week stay, Although we had the ability to wash I think we should have been provided with 2 each to ensure we had a clean set whilst washing the other one and reducing the pressure on us to ensure we got the washing done before heading out.There was no spare bedding either, again we were either expected to wash or use the same sheets for a 2 week stay. This isn't acceptable as I didn't want to spent all my time doing laundry. In previous properties we have been offered an overall clean by the owner halfway through the stay, this wasn't an option in this property.The oven and 4 hob rings didn't work despite being told that one of the rings did function. Instead there is a small mini grill and a small portable oven and microwave available to use. I think this should be clearer as I like to buy local produce and cook a few meals whilst away. The appliances available made this pretty restrictive.

  : The house was in a quiet street with little night time noise. We liked the layout with plenty of space. The water was too cool in the pool to swim but the private outdoor space and dining area was a treat. Easy access to the supermarket just around the corner if you want to self cater.
  : The light fittings in the living areas were too low for a 1.8 m guy! The kitchen and bathroom fittings were getting a bit past their best due to limescale build up.
