  : The hotel was ran down and outdated. Room was dirty carpets shower. There was a super leaky pipe in the bathroom that flooded our bathroom. We stayed in this room with our baby visiting family our babies binky rolled under the bed my boyfriend found the microwave plate with drugs on it along with other garbage. I had to clean and sanitize the whole room I had to ask the laundry lady because the house keepers did not speak English. When we 1st got there we switched rooms because the fridge was broken this second room was so bad and because they were booked and every other affordable hotel around us was booked we were stuck

  : The bed was a good size
  : Interactions with employees of the hotel. At checkin, we requested a 12pm checkout. We were informed that a later checkout time was fine and confirmed the 12pm (she said she would add later checkout time to the notes) checkout time a second time, before leaving front desk and going to room. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on the door just after 11am and again at 11:25am informing us that we must vacate the room immediately, despite us mentioning to them that we had arranged a later checkout time. We were told that housekeeping had no notes regarding a late checkout and therefore, we must vacate within 5 minutes. The employee didn't believe or care about our repeated assurances (and said we could be lying for all she knows) that we had arranged a later checkout time and insisted that we leave. We were treated with extreme disdain. We also found that the hot water tap was broken in the bathroom. There was a smell of smoke in the room.
