  : Felt very safe in our apartment with the process to get into our building and room. Around the corner from the train station and a few restaurant options around. They also helped with a transfer from the airport.
  : A bit hard to get to, not much signage. Our transfer driver got a little lost so we helped him with google maps. Got to reception which is like a shared building then our room was in a different building a street behind. Not much help after we got into our room. The bathroom could do with a good clean lot of calcium build up. Only had sheets on the bed. Stayed in a different room to what the photos showed online.

  : The welcome was friendly and helpful. Location is great - right next to Metro and short walk to Vatican, plenty of shops and restaurants in same few blocks. Air Conditioning worked well and was a must for the days we were in Rome. Though the street was busy, there was no noise in the room. Clean enough, but furnishing dated.
  : Adequate. The room furnishing was simple if not a bit bare. A bit on the small side for 2 people over 3 nights. WiFi was not working the first 2 days of our stay though was fixed. It was a significant drawback. The TV did not work during our stay. So without WiFi initially and without TV there was nothing in the room after the tourist day was over.

  : Great location, close to many shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the Vatican, so it was easy to wake up and get to our tour group meeting spot. Security was excellent, and check-in/check-out a breeze.
  : Did not include breakfast, though there is a coffee shop with some pastries right next door. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was super thin. The shower was VERY small, so there was a little difficulty in showering.

  : The property location is very conveniently located right in front of a subway stop. The rooms itself was clean and housekeeping did a good job with maintaining a clean room.
  : No internet at all in the rooms. Very noisy street, windows are not sound proof. Lots of sirens throughout the night and locals/tourists laughing and talking loudly outside the hotel at adjacent bars and food places. I also was under the impression that there was included breakfast at this hotel and upon arrival the owner never mentioned this to us and so we did not have any breakfast or coffee for the entire 4 day stay. Also within the hotel there was someone vacuuming at 7 or 8 in the morning outside the room which was unpleasant. If on level 1, you will hear the phone at reception ring loudly as well. With all of these considered, the price was more than what it deserved.
