  : Location next to the train station was perfect. The shared bathroom was clean, the 3 person room looked nice. Nice to have a fridge in the room and working airconditioning. Staff did give me another room after complaining about the bugs, but new one also had bugs.
  : The 1 person room was spacious and the airconditioning was working, so was the fridge. It didnt really have a good door (see picture) that was going to the balcony when opened. The bed was not straight/flat and unfortunately after a short time there were cockroaches in my room. I killed it and saw there were also (red) ants all over the room. Went to reception and got a spray against the ants and cockroaches.Took the fridge and nightstand aside and found 2 more and lots of ants and went back to reception to ask for another room.Got the 3 persons room which looked a lot better than the 1 person one. Beds were good and it was cleaner too. It had a window which you could open or close. The shared bathroom was dated, but clean.The fridge made a noise all night (like someone was snoring), but shouldn't be a problem with earplugs.After midnight unfortunately there also was a cockroach in this room, killed it and didn't really sleep (just 2,5 hours).In the morning I had to take ants out of my shoes. (Reception was closed during these hours so couldnt tell them)Asked for backup from booking but the owner said i was happy with the other room and there were no bugs (correct, I was happy at first because it looked clean and bug-less). Unfortunately didnt take pictures of the last cosckroach to prove it so no refund.I've spent time in many hotels in Rome, but this was the worst experience unfortunately.Have to say, staff was helpful and location is perfect if you need to leave early from Termini. Otherwise: Don't go here if you travel alone.

  : The window does not close completely, so the noise of the whole street enters. The bed is very bad spring bed. The lockers are very old. This room is made with the lowest possible budget, but it looks good on the pictures. The working person brought us to the room and left without introducing any opportunities

  : The room was broader than I thought. The location looks great near termini station. Cleaning is nice with detergent smell.
  : Not easy to find place. Without Internet, should be difficult to check-in. Though I prepared where is it, marking on map beforehand. The reception is actually in the another place, in another hotel's sign. (check the doors nearby and see paper on entrance door, written 'Vertex') If you ask to the store owner nearby, they may know as the receptionist/manager is Bangladeshi man. another drawback is Wifi is not so stable.
