  : The location was good.
  : My holidays in Rome were ruined because of this hotel. When I arrived at he hotel the reception girl tried to move me into a very dark and small room, totally different from the room that I had payed for. I told them I wanted to be placed into the exact room that I had booked, and they did so quite reluctantly. Then it turned out that I couldn't even use the kitchen, but they allowed me to take the kettle from the kitchen and I had to bring it back straight after usage. Well, the room obviously needed refurbishment, at least painting and decorating, but I had no other option as to stay there for the whole period of my holiday. From the very first moment it was obvious that I was cheated. But that was not the end of my ordeal. They turned the heating off every night, for the whole night, regardless of the fact, that the temperature in January was very low. I couldn't even sleep during my first night, and the next morning I already had a severe cold and sore throat. In the morning I complained to the manager, but he refused to provide me with any sort of heating and only agreed to one extra bed cover. To crown it all, hot water kept disappearing from the tap every single evening, early in the evening, although in the shower the hot water was still ok. This hotel is a disaster, and they turned my holiday into a nightmare. I left the country with a fever heat and such a sore throat that I couldn't even speak properly for a couple of days. Even now I can't say that I fully recovered.

  : There were bugs in the beds, and the bathroom was dirty. The elevator barely worked, The staff didn't care about what you said. they also never responded. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I would not recommend!

  : Bed. Mattress needs replacing. Sages- uncomfortable. Shower needs more hot water

  : the advertising leads you to believe you get an apartment.the room is at a different address than advertised.the business name has a different name on the credit card charge.room is shoes box size, and barhroom as big as those in aeroplanes.doubt its cleanliness.
