  : The location is super convenient! It is right near Metro Line B and gives you access to the city center in the matter of minutes. Near the place there are some decent pizza places, ice cream stands and small shops. The location is super practical when visiting Rome. But, there are some aspects...
  : During our stay, we experienced a consistent issue with water leakage near the window from an unidentified source. It wasn't a lot, but enough to step on it and notice. At first, we assumed it could be from our use of the shower, but we soon realized that wasn't the case. The source of the leakage remains uncertain, perhaps from neighboring units. Additionally, a persistent and unusual smell of mildew was noticeable throughout our stay. Noise levels in the evenings were quite high, and despite having the windows closed, the walls did little to muffle the sounds, making it feel like we could hear everything. However, if your plans for your trip revolve around spending your days walking long distances, and you merely need a place to rest and recover at night before setting out in the morning, this place will do.

  : It was very clean and spacious and had handy facilities including the shared kitchen. I really enjoyed using the balcony and it was great being so close to the train station.
  : At night time it was quite noisy and so we struggled to get to sleep. The surrounding area also didnt feel completely safe to walk around at night.

  : Comfortable and facilities were as expected. Good location right next to a metro station. Generally we had good communication with the host (before, during and after our stay) and instructions on how to get into the building and property/room.
  : I received two different check in times: 14:00 and 15:00. We tried the earlier one, but door entry codes were not active. Also, I received 2 conflicting WiFi passwords...luckily one did work, but unsure why I received two lots of different information.

  : Location is convenient for Bambino Gesu Hospital and Basilica San Paolo. Clean. Beds are comfortable. Shared kitchen and dining area are very useful.
  : NO AIR CONDITIONING. Air conditioner was set permanently on the lowest possible fan setting with no cooling. It is possible that it had broken by chance, but it is a sad fact that some cheap hotels and apartments deliberately set their airconditioners at the lowest possible setting in order to limit the electricity consumed by guests. We sincerely hope that this is not the case in this apartment. Despite climbing up a ladder and trying to fix it, the air conditioner unit would only work on the lowest possible fan setting, regardless of the buttons that were pressed, and there was NO COOLING. This was completely inadequate (it was over 35 degrees in Rome and 80 per cent humidity). The streets are very noisy, but we were forced to sleep with the windows open. The manager was unable to do anything. Unfortunately he is responsible for managing 25 apartments across Rome and, understandably, he has no time to deal with problems like this. The shared kitchen was probably fine when it was new. Now there is very little cutlery (probably lost or "borrowed" by guests.) Certain things need to be fixed or adjusted. Obviously nobody has checked the kitchen for some time. It is clean, however, and we were able to have a meal there and leave some things overnight in the clean fridge. We come to Rome often for visits at Bambino Gesu Hospital. There are lots of other apartments in the area that are MUCH better than this one, where you will meet your host, where they are available to come to fix anything that doesn't work, where you feel you are getting for money. Given the lack of air conditioning, I would suggest you only consider this apartment between the beginning of October and the end of April. A stay there in July or August, for example, would be unbearable.
