  : The locality of the apartment was centrally positioned between the Trevi fountain and the Spanish Steps. The apartment was very spacious for the whole family. We were travelling with my sons family ,daughter and the grandparents. The kitchen and lounge rooms were spacious. The washing machine and dryer was an added bonus to be able to launder our clothing.
  : 2 bedrooms the Airconditioner units didnt work even though the service team came out to try to start the units. The shower in the bath was difficult to bath in as water was leaking from the bath surfaces and the glass screen wasnt effective. Also found the hot water jug was leaking when used.

  : Location was excellent. Communication with the sonder team was brilliant. Wifi was really strong. Great products available in bathrooms. Easy access. Cafe directly downstairs is phenomenal- incredible food and good prices. Also opens at 8am which is a bonus with young children!
  : Lift was tiny and with 3 young children and a heap of suitcases it took us a few trips to get up and down - having said that, I loved that it was old and small (quite the Roma novelty!). Knife in kitchen was bent and blunt but otherwise everything else was great.

  : Location.
  : Not clean. Didnt look like the photos and generally the devour and fitout is tiered. No chance of early check in. There is only a waiter style lift and the cleaners where still there at my 4pm check in time.

  : DO NOT STAY HERE We had so many issues with this property AND with communication from Sonder. Their customer service team may as well have been cardboard cutouts. Half the time I wasn't sure if I was speaking to a bot or a real person because the level of empathy was indiscernible. The apartment was full of problems which they knew about, but do not care to fix. Absolute TOURIST TRAP. We itemised some of the issues below, in the hope that something gets done about it: - Keypad to front door and apartment door intermittently not working leading to us being locked out a number of times and waiting for someone who was luckily in the appartments to let us in - WiFi no working correctly and intermittently dropping out meaning we couldn't do any further repatriation and funeral planning - Can't turn air con to lower temp, 2 of 4 rooms are hot and we barely slept - Can't turn fan up on aircon - Aircon control in one of the rooms does not work as all and the screen looks smashed - No oven in the barely adequate kitchen with not even a sponge to be able to wash the dishes - Only two hobs and poorly installed so the heat underneath goes onto all the cutlery in the draw, mostly likely creating a fire hazard - Bedroom curtains in some of the rooms not hooked up so curtain won't close - Bedroom doors in some rooms won't latch closed - Shower sliding draw in one of the bathrooms is broken and falls off rails - Other shower not sealed and leaks water everywhere and the angle of the shower means the bath doesnt catch the water so it goes all over the floor -Water pressure very low water is lukewarm in one of the bathrooms - Skirting boards are falling off in many places Good luck to the next poor souls who spend over 1000 Euro a night to stay with Sonder to experience their 'hospitality.'

  : Great location, good sized apartment with everything you need {apart from a corkscrew?}
  : A little noisy outside but its a City so hey ho! No drapes in the lounge or second bedroom which was a little strange and not good for privacy with other apartments looking directly into your apartment.
