  : I had a terrible experience. I could not find this hotel location.There was no hotel name plate in front of the facility, no reception desk.I asked nearby Thai massage store staff about hotel location. She says sometimes she receives same trouble inquiry from tourists and recommended to call hotel. I called the hotel number however it says the number is no longer available.I thought I was swindled and totally at a loss.Then suddenly closed door opened and gentleman and lady come out and they say they will do the reception procedure. If I was not in front of the closed door, they could not find me. Hotel staff should wait in front of the closed door or let me know how to enter with on lock number information in advance. The lady said usual receptionist is off due to Christmas and they are substitute.Another thing is check out. I was not instructed how to return room key.I called the phone number the lady gave to me but always voice message. I also send message by way of booking com app and finally received response just before I leave. This kind of things may not always happen if usual receptionist comes back, but it was unfortunate for me stay at this hotel during Christmas season.

  : - The biggest advantage of this location is its very good location, close to the city center - Two rooms each with its own bathroom(shower cabin, hair dryer, bidet), air conditioning system and smart TV - Useful small kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, microwave, small electric oven, washing machine
  : - When we arrived, the apartment was not very clean - The elevator is pretty old, so it gets stuck pretty often, the apartment is at 6th floor - The check-in is after 2 PM

  : Location (good restaurants nearby, close to attractions, near the metro station), Cleaning, Comfortable bed and good size of rooms.
  : Communication with the property (take time to respond), Wifi (don't have), shower(old), elevator (you don't feel safe using it)

  : Very easy to access the apartment, clear instruction and communication given by host how to find the room and get into the building, glad we had air-con as it was needed, TV in the rooms, large fridge in the kitchen, very good location within 15 min walk to colosseum and trevi fountain, would definitely stay here again if we was to come back
  : Not much storage for clothes, room had mould on one of the walls, rooms faced inside of the building not out onto the street so when you open the windows you cant get any fresh air into the room
