  : room was clean and well maintained. near bus/train station. a friend(relative?) of the host in the same building was able to do our laundry for us as the rental apartment has no laundry facilities of its own.
  : photos in listing are misleading, as there are multiple properties covered under this one listing. we had to go to a different address which, though pleasant enough once we arrived, was a bit worrying as we were trying to navigate to an address that wasn't part of the original booking confirmation. the apartment we were booked in did not have a full kitchen, as is shown in the listing images, which is what initially attracted me to this listing.

  : Quite nice room for staying. Apartments have a mini kitchen, washing machine. Tiburtina station is about 10 min by walking on foot. Friendly host.
  : We stayed at different room that showed in photos. During our stay, building was under construction - windows were covered so room had very little light. Environment around the building is quite noisy - if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

  : The apartment was close to tirbutina station, and from there you can go to the city center. It's great stay for couple of days in Rome. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great.

  : The room was really good, its just like the photos. The host and his family were very helpful and quick to answer our questions.
  : The location is not so great. Its a bit far from Tiburtina station by foot, and it takes a few minutes to get to the city center by metro or bus.
