  : It is located near a subway station, so go to touristic points is very easy, although the crownded stations during rush time. So if you can avoid rush time, do it, remember, you will be very tired after a day of walking to many touristic places. The room is too comfortable, perfect for a couple and the breakfast is delicious.
  : Although the very comfortable room, the building is quite old, so the building's lobby has an awkward (dirty) aspect especially because of the peeling paint walls. The entrance is quite odd as well, because the intercom is damaged, so to identify the right button is quite complicated and, in my case, I felt doubt if I was in the right place. The square near the building is a little bit ugly and dirty, but it doesn't matter because you want to go outside to touristic places and this detail can be easily forgotten.

  : The location is close to the metro, restaurants, supermarkets. Fabrizio was really nice and helpful. 20mins away on foot from the Colosseum, 1min away from metro station. Breakfast was typical italian colazione.
  : There are stray cats in the area and the terrace smells a bit of cat urine.

  : The location is great, the host welcoming and the communication functioned perfectly. The room was clean and a coffee machine was freely at disposal.
  : Everything is either rotting or falling apart in the bathroom. The toilet flush and the shower both make long and loud noises. The walls are thin as paper (I could hear my neighbor snoring all night) and none of the doors are soundproof. The breakfast is a collection of the worst sugary food you could find in a supermarket, left at your disposal on a kitchen table. My balcony was soaked with bird crap and smelt like cat poop (there are many stray cats on the roof behind the fence).

  : Nothing - we were SO pleased to leave today!
  : Shower was always cold - you had to be skinny to get in it and it was dangerous and so tiny once in it with no room to wash yourself.We were lead to believe that it had cooking facilities- it didnt and it didnt even have a fridge in the room.The breakfast was stale and left all day in the sun. Milk was past the use by date on a couple of occasions.My husband was so sick and I had to buy medicine at the chemist- an unplanned expense. We think it was because of the food- I threw mouldy bread in the rubbish and emptied the out of date milk out so nobody drank it.I will be writing a review on there page to let other people know about it - and booking.com dont care as you are deceiving people as well.After our experience with Booking.com with this property and the taxi that we booked through you for when we arrived in Athens - which didnt show up - we wont be using Booking.com ever again!!You couldnt use the small balcony because the chairs were disgusting and it smelt of cat urine.You have to carry bags up the stairs. We had a DO NOT DISTURB sign on our door and someone was trying to get into our room- luckily we had it locked.Worst property that we have ever stayed at and the toilet constantly made a horrible noise.

  : Very good location, close to the subway to move fast everywhere- 15 min walking to colloseum.Pubs and supermarkets nearby.The room was cleaned everyday.
  : The noise from outside.The shower too small, difficult to get it and out, even if you are skinny.We had mold in room number 1 and a very bad smell all the time.Above the tv on the wall it was someting like a mark of some flood which looks very bad.
