  : The highlight of this stay was the location, I investigated throughly and found that Trastevere was the location to stay if you are not looking for overly touristy, while having literally hundreds of food and drink and cute little stores around. Mind you the house is in Zona Transporte Limitado and it is mega hard to find a nearby parking that is not overpriced, safe and open 24/7. We absolutely got a fine for entering ZTL area, and would have 100% benefited from having maybe a call out from the host on this, and things to consider, places to park etc. The keys where delivered by one of the hosts, and he was mega kind to wait for us eventhough we delayed 1+ hour due to flight delay and for parking issues The appartment is located in mega centric place of Trastevere with easy link to the center and v turisty areas It has a comfortable size and overall it was good
  : Bring your wine corkscrew, this is probably due to a previous guest taking it but.... we were savorying our Toscana wine for the first night and were not able to as there was no way to open the bottle in the appartment We could not make coffee, the moka esspresso was not compatible with the electric stove... The check in host did not mention that we had to take the trash out on our departure, but I read it in the little book they have in the apartment. Although they miss to give clear guidance, we left on a Sunday and the instructions where something like, on Sundays it does not work. Take glass to x location (we went to location, nothing was there)... all that while i tried to write to the host for instructions, I was ignored. All the above to say that host service and some features in the house have some opportunity areas, all in all would not repeat the place, but will repeat the location

  : excellent location. facilities were good, everything youd need was included. check in and check out was easy.
  : there was a smell of damp in the property. neighbours and people/traffic outside could be heard loudly. bathroom could be cleaner (black mould starting on ceiling, surfaces grubby).

  : It couldnt have been in a better location, close to all bars and restaurants and the hustle and bustle of trastevere but still nice and peaceful on the street it is on. The bed was very comfortable and big.
  : Shower door was a little hard to close

  : The apartment was at an excellent location and quiet, near all main attractions in Rome. Trastevere is very touristic and overcrowded during the weekends, but in any case it is atmospheric and a fantastic place to be.
