  : The room was spacious and the bed was confortable. The bathroom was well equiped with everything we needed.The room was quiet and very nice.Near the hotel is a good restaurant that opens only during the evening. The food was great.
  : I was surprised that we had to pay the city tax when we checked out, because I thought that it was already payed, but Simone explained that it was not so, and the explanation maked sense.Eherything was nice in the end.Thank you Simone!

  : I am a single mom and I stayed at the accommodation with my two minor children. We arrived very tired with suitcases and we were waiting for them to open the door for us thirty minutes . The lady who opened the door was speaking only Italian and the only way I could communicate with her was google translate . She asked me money for the taxes (more than what they had told us) and I gave her my credit card . She told me that she wants the money cash . As everybody knows this is illegal . POS is mandatory . I saw later that there was a POS. The second day my son got sick and we took the breakfast to our room . When the lady who was speaking only Italian saw my daughter , she was shouting to her !! Finally , the last day I thought that check out was at 12 like Greece . They told me at eleven o clock that if I wont leave in 15 minutes they would call the police . We werent ready and I asked more time . They offended me in front of my minor children . I would never stay there again even if I had nowhere to stay !!! Unacceptable behaviour!! Very rude staff ! The worst was that they wrote for me so many lies in order to cover their behaviour . I am really disappointed!!! Its very important for everybody to notice the way they they answer to every person who writes a bad review for their accommodation !!! This is the proof for how rude they are .!
