  : Excellent location! Very polite hostess and helpful. Very comfortable beds! Polite reception girls too as well as helpful and smiling!
  : The place was beautiful but we did not find it very clean. We also did not have proper towels and toilet paper. BUT as soon as we told Sandra she was prompt enough and arranged it. Also even though she told us that we had to be out at 10:30,we asked her if we could stay until our taxi came at 1:30and she accepted! That was very convinient!

  : Location was good.
  : It was not clean, pillows underneath stained and uncomfortable. The water under the shower was cold (it takes circa 10min of water running for it to get warm). The window in the bedroom was impossible to close (previous guests obviously tried as well, as can be seen by dirty fingerprints at the top of the window frame) so you can hear outdoor noise. The check out is apparently by 10a.m., although it say 10.30h at Booking.com webpage and confirmation email. The wifi in the bedroom was patchy, to say the least. The sponges in the kitchen dirty. You need to do the cleaning lady's job, take off the linen, put away the sofa and rearrange everything so that you are not fined. I never leave a pigsty after myself and did not expect self-service for the price that we paid. I would gladly stay again in the area but not in this place (the entire building is dirty).

  : The staff is rude and attempts to scam its guests from the very first minute. We arrived 30 minutes before check-in time and the staff asked us to pay a 35 early check-in fee. We told them that we will just wait outside for 30 minutes. Suddenly, the staff said that we could go into the apartment right away without having to pay the fee (after our stay, the owner nevertheless told us that we will be charged a fee for early check-in ---- SCAM).The apartment was in horrible condition; it was very dirty and it was impossible to use the kitchen due to dirty silverware, dishes, and appliances. We found hairs on the dishes. Next, I discovered a bra on top of our bed (cannot make this up). The owner claimed that this is impossible, as she had personally made the bed. She told me to just throw it away. I hung it outside on our door for the cleaning personnel to pick up; no one ever came - the bra hung there for five days. This is crazy, because a cleaning fee of 60 was already included in our price; I would love to know for what because obviously no one cleaned the place before we came. I asked the owner to refund the cleaning fee; the request was denied. On our second day, the WIFI did not work for most of the day. I am an online student, so this was a huge inconvenience for me. During check-in, I was told to leave the keys by the reception when we check-out. This is exactly what I did; however, the owner then sent me a message telling me that I made mistake by dropping the key off there. I did exactly what I was told and what is written on the property's policy sheet, yet the owner felt the need to tell me that I did not check-out properly. I requested a partial refund of the cleaning fee directly through booking; Booking then decided that the owner should issue me a cash refund of 30. The owner did not care and gave me ZERO. Stay away from this property; it is run by CRIMINALS.
