  : Distance to main attentions was walkable. Room had stuff I needed, like closet for clothes, ironing, fresh towels, extra pillows, temperature of room could be modified, blinding curtains, comfortable bed, toothbrushes, good shower. Worked for us :)
  : Would have nice to get more shampoo and toothpaste. Luggage cant be stored there after check out, but there are several places for that near the stay and other places in town.

  : great location next to the Vatican museum. loved the theme of the room -van gogh. great to have a balcony to sit out. room very clean and coffee put out every day. Best part was the host Lanina who couldnt have been more attentive or helpful. nice little touch of gifts in the room for our romantic weekend away and loved our breakfast at the local cafe .. thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable

  : Nice room very clean with small balcony.Good location for Vatican. Communication from host is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and very helpful. Fresh towels and daily cleaning. Would recommend this property for a short visit
  : Noisy road outside but that is most of Rome. Shower pressure isnt so good or hot water.

  : It was terribly hot and the air-conditioning just wasn't up to the challenge by far. That is about the only major complaint. But to be fair there was a heatwave. Air conditioner installed in a very poor position where cool air doesn't reach the bed! Otherwise everything was fine.

  : i asked to check in earlier and they let me into the room at 1 pm, the owner was friendly and answered quickly, the guy who met me to check in was in time, also very welcoming and spoke ukrainian. clean building and quite clean room, enough towels, working air conditioner (important in this heat), nice and comfy bad. i also asked for an iron in the room, the cleaning lady kindly provided it to me. in general, a good room, I was especially pleased with the clean bathroom. also, i liked the balcony, nice place to have your morning coffee
  : there are small imperfections (see the photos). the walls are really thin, you can hear everything especially if the neighbours have kids. no hot water late in the evening, unstable WiFi. i also stayed for 4 days, but I received 2 coffee capsules, 2 tiny sachets of shampoo, instead of teaspoons there were wooden sticks for coffee, only 4 tiny bags of sugar. there is also water in the fridge, but it is paid. i would rather include it in the price of the room (at least plain water). you pay the city tax separately upon check-in, exclusively in cash (not really a minus, but worth paying attention to if you usually don't have cash like me). i paid 583 euros for 4 nights (+14 city tax), in general the price seems a bit high for such a room and location

  : The location is perfect. 3-4 blocks to the metro and 2-3 blocks to the Vatican City. The metro connect you with everything in an easy way.
  : The size of the room could be better.
