  : There is extra pay for everything think, for instance we had to pay extra for collect the key because it was Sunday - not sure for other days, maybe other guests will share their experience. They sai its written on the booking but really small and in different section, fair enough but if I knew I would have choose a different palace to stay. And only cash at this payment

  : The location was good as it was very central. The host was helpful and met us upon arrival even though our train was delayed and so we arrived 2/3 hours later than planned. The host was also quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.
  : One of the beds was duck-taped together, could have been cleaner.

  : Location is fantastic. Balcony doors that open and overlook the street and restaurants in a piazza was fantastic. Spacious apartment with two storeys, we all had room and really enjoyed it. The host/managers offered fantastic service - the iron in the apartment didnt work but when I reported it, they replaced it instantly with a new iron. Overall a very positive stay.
  : Apartment and managers were excellent. No complaints. But just a note so others know, like all traditional buildings there is no lift, so taking cases up all the stairs was not easy.

  : The location was amazing and close to so many sites. The apartment is as pictured and very spacious. It was generally clean (which I was concerned about based on past reviews) the top level has a beam that is 5ft high so best suitable for kids but older would be fine if they duck in one spot. Toilet upstairs and downstairs. I would definitely recommend the apartment. Especially if you like a spacious lounge and main bedroom.
  : Many little things need attendance. No washing sponge, dribble of washing liquid left (there is a dishwasher that didnt work well and I had to fix a part that had fallen off inside when we got there) no basics like coffee, no where to hang toilet rolls etc, many random items in cupboards left behind and not discarded. Kitchen tap drips, we didnt cook so cant rate the set up (but there were cooking items). Not mugs cups for even 2 ppl. Random small sizes, kitchen kick board is loose. Kettle lots of lime scale and wont turn off which for that kettle is dangerous as steam escapes the button. Kitchen draw font missing. Threadbare towels. Many cheap and easy areas to improve for what is an actually a fantastic apartment. Not well set up for travellers who need some basics etc. the owners need to come and see it in person and bring it up to scratch with some reorganisation and additions for comfort. it didnt bother us much for a short stay but may for a long stay.

  : Location was fantastic, and host was very nice upon arrival to greet us.
  : One of the two beds collapsed the first day, so it was unusable. The apartment was dusty, and didn't seem to be cleaned for a while. There was no extra toilet paper, or garbage bags. There was a cracked glass in the kitchen.
