And they will ask you to pay in cash, and won't give receipt.They will make you throw garbage , but still charge you 40 euro for cleaning purpose.For check in, they use online and charge another 4 Euros.The description tells you have a kitchen, but actually it's a shared kitchen.The bed is not at all comfortable for the price you pay.This place is NOT as per the description, and they charge for everything. Beware, and better book in some other place.

  : The location is not far from the center, literally 5 minutes from the tram station, which is great and very convenient. Not far from the house there are wonderful cafes where you can really eat inexpensively. Check-in also takes place online, which is very convenient if you arrive late. The beds are comfortable, but my man was uncomfortable. The air conditioner works great.
  : So. Im a young girl, and I have a man, and I still ran home at breakneck speed when I saw marginalized people hanging out 24/7 in the park right next to our house. The house is literally in the ghetto, and the people there are very dubious. This is a very bad location for a hotel for tourists. After all, these same outcasts can put so much pressure on tourists that it will be very easy for them to rob. This is dangerous and very scary. Next, what made us the most crazy was that they literally ripped us off 42 euros for 6 nights for 2. Are you crazy? Why didn't you include this cost in the total amount when paying for check-in? Why cash at all, where is the receipt, what are these taxes? How do I know where you will spend this money? Further, there were plenty of towels in the room, but a blanket. Why was our blanket stuffed into the closet, and without a duvet cover? I covered myself with a towel all 6 nights, my man did nothing at all. Are you sadists? Why are we paying you here, so that we can be robbed outside the house, so that we get sick in our room, so what? Further, the shower is terribly uncomfortable, there is NO shampoo, some bottle from a former guest was obviously left over, we didnt take the risk. What kind of fashion is it to ask to throw out the trash? We did, but then what kind of work do you have left? The trash was thrown out, the house was washed, maybe we can accommodate the next clients? Your rating is 3/10, maximum 3.5. You are not a hotel, you are a flophouse. For that kind of money, never again.

  : Fabulous coffee shop nearby. Several options for food/ bars. Even a cinema nearby. Well served by public transport. Grocery nearby. So pretty convenient. Elevator worked. Access to kitchen and laundry nice. Amount of space nice. Felt safe. Started out clean.
  : Wifi kept going in and out. Could only access it from the kitchen area - not the sleeping room. Horrible horrible smell from the bathroom. When asked if there was a fix or if could switch rooms was ignored for 2 days then told nothing available and host denied knowledge of a smell. Note: laundry only accepts 50 cent or 1 euro coins.

  : The accommodation was clean except the humidity in the bathroom which really bothered me since it is smelly.
  : We did not know in advance that the kitchen was shared with one more room. We did not use the kitchen so it was not important to us, but the guests whom we shared it with were using it and everything smelled of cooking and too-strong spices. We would not book it if we knew that the kitchen is shared. The worst thing is the humidity in the bathroom. It is because the heating in the bathroom does not work and also, the towels can not dry because of that. The sheets are really uncomfortable because they are not well fitted. You should use the one that you can zip. The host does not speak English very well which is bad for this kind of the business.

  : Let's start with the fact that when we arrived, the "duvet" was dirty and we had to spend one night under the bedspread. The second thing was the unpleasant smell rising from the second floor up, third one is reprehensible. Fungus in the bathroom that made me and my girlfriend sick.
