  : The location was perfect, and that was the only good aspect of that property
  : The heating system was broken and in order to enjoy our New Year vacation in Rome, my husband was fixing the system twice per day in order to have warm place to slip. In addition to that the sewerage system was working with big problems. As a compensation of experienced trouble time in the flat the owner agreed to reimburse a small amount as a compensation. However the promised amount did not arrived, though there is a quite intense e-mail communication that the transfer has been done! I am a Genius Level 2 and I am using Booking.com for my travel around 15 years. This is my firs experience this kind of accommodation announced and this kind of not respectful treatment toward the guest

  : The location is superb. The apartment is small but has everything you need.
  : In July and august even the apartment is in ground floor its too hot and not very well ventilated. it would need an air conditioner or another and bigger fan.

  : Excellent location (right in the middle of the tourist downtown), but at the same time the street itself is not crowded at all. Very pleasant hosts, check-in was flawless and there was very good communication through Whatsapp before our arrival. Apartment has all the needed equipment, spacios rooms.
  : Unfortunately it is a very old house, therefore the air is humid and moldy, there is not much chance to ventilate it well. If you open the windows during the night, the loud outside cars and pedestrians might not let you sleep well.

  : Lupa Flat is a quirky but well located flat in the centre of historic Rome. It is easy to reach by cat/taxi or public transport. The en-suite bedroom is spacious and the living / dining room is large enough, with a sofa bed in it. It was a good choice for a few days in the city and perfect for our needs. The Wi-Fi works really well throughout the flat. The kitchen is quite small, but it was enough for what we wanted to do - make coffee/tea.
  : There wasn't anything we did actually dislike, but as it is on the ground floor (which was what we wanted) you hear the front gate being opened and slammed shut throughout the day. The small TV set did not seem to work, although we tried to make it work. It did not bother us much because we were out most of the time. A simple suggestion for future guests - perhaps equip the kitchen with some extra tea towels. . .
