  : Close to train station so I could get to my next location. Extremely clean and secure.
  : Only one thing, the bed was very uncomfortable and saggy in the middle.

  : wonderful manager, very responsive and pleasant as well as the housekeeping lady.
  : Unfortunately, the boutique hotel is not boutique and not a hotel in US standards. It is a 3 bedroom apartment in a residential building converted to a hotel. Better apart-hotel.There is no reception and resturant as the apartment is on the second floor. The building is undergoing construction / maintenance work, so we were up at 7 am on banging noises. According to the manager, this should have been disclosed by booking.com but it was not.The breakfast included was another issue. It is packaged pastries and things ( eggs, cheese) that YOU can cook in the provided kitchen in your room . So if you are thinking to wake up for cooked breakfast in a resturant, this is not what is meant by breakfast included.The hotel is a good half an hour away from Rome attractions, and at the end , given the above , it was not a good value for the money . Not to mention that I got stuck in the elevator on my last day and I will leave the scare of being stuck and missing your flight to your imagination!

  : Super close to major train station and metro station.
  : A couple of plumbing issues with the pump being pretty loud and the shower was a little small. Had issues with the aircon not working but the host was very responsive.
