  : The booking, communication through emails, pick up from the airport, staff and service at the front desk was all excellent and very efficient and good.
  : While the bathroom looks very beautiful, it is a potential for a serious accident to happen when the floor is wet because of the smooth marble. The shower area is very dangerous because when the floor of the shower is wet, a person can slip very easily, and crash through the glass door, all that is needed is a rubber mat on the floor of the shower area to prevent slipping. The shower also needs a safety bar to hold on to in the event of a fall. The hair trap in the shower is not secure and needs fixing, otherwise it can hurt someone's foot. We also found that there was no counter space to put toiletries. We can see the hotel room has been recently renovated but it needs to be outfitted in a practical way to make it more user friendly for guests.

  : All the staff we met especially at the front desk were very polite and helpful. The location was very good and we could walk to all our tourist sites. Many restaurants were located all around and very convenient especially at night.

  : The staff was so welcoming and helpful and suggested very good places to eat nearby. The location was great, the room was very clean, recently renovated, baby crib included without an extra cost.
  : We liked everything, considering that we were out all day, we were not bothered by the size of the room which might be considered slightly small and also, given the fact that it is practically in the city center, with windows towards an important street, there can be a little noisy during the night in the summer.

  : The property is located in an excellent area for walking around to explore Rome. Good value for the price, we found the staff the be warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was newly renovated, modern, clean and comfortable.
  : The property doesnt have a bar or evening restaurant, However this wasnt an issue for us. We knew that before booking and plenty bars/restaurants in the area.

  : We paid circa 1000 euro for 4 nights which felt expensive with no bar or restaurant. But for this time of year, This maybe the sort of cost you have to pay.
