  : It was a delight staying in this lovely hotel, the location was excellent, really close to all the amenities, a couple of minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Rooms clean and comfortable, just the bathroom could do with being slightly bigger. The staff were so helpful and really went out of their way, specially Angela, Alessandro, Mark. They are very welcoming and between them can speak quiet a few languages. We also took part in the sight seeing tours that are arrange via de Hotel and Virgilio was a superb tour leader, full of interesting facts, recommend these too!. You can see he really does this with his heart. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend anyone going to Rome to check this Hotel out. 100% recommended.
  : Just the bathroom slightly bigger. The rest was perfect. Breakfast lovely staff superb, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location.

  : Location was great for all the local tourist points: Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain etc.Beautiful building Beautifully decorated breakfast room and receptionWonderful and welcoming english speaking staffBreakfast had a good selection and very importantly for us - Coffee was exceptional!Clean beds and shower rooms
  : Our room was tiny! Nothing like the ones in the photos. We had to jump in bed of other person needed to walk round. Our view was of the back of other buildings. Unfortunate room selection looking at photos of other rooms and views.

  : Excellent location, walking distance from most of highlights in Rome and from Metro. Staff friendliness, really helpful and kind answering our questions and giving us advice about food, transportation, etc.
  : Choice in breakfast can be improved. The price we paid was a bit high compared to what we got, in general. The smell coming from the toilet (old building in a very centric neighbourhood) was sometimes unpleasant.

  : Great location, security, 24hours desk, clean and comfortable, front gate lock up at 11pm use intercom to access.
  : Bathroom could be bigger, minor issue couldn't get the overhead shower to work, use hand held shower otherwise all good.

  : The odor in the room and the air conditioner/heater did not work. The staff insisted it did but did nothing about it.
