  : The Location is really TOP! We reached any relevant places or the city center by foot. Subway is also nearby and there a many busses near the House. Theres also a coffee shop located under the Guest House and also a supermarket is 1-2 minutes away.
  : First of all, they gave us an early check-in (11 AM) since we arrived early. The employee whi should meet wirh us in front of the House came late. As we were at the Guest House our room wasnt even ready. We were only allowed to stor our belongings in the room. Since the early check-in was for free, we didnt complain. We only wished that they would have informed us before that the room isnt ready and we only could stored our stuff there, because we wanted to shower since it was a hot day. Guess they didnt know what early check-in really means TBH. :/So we just stored our belongings and had to leave cause the cleaning company would have come soon. We also recognized that theres an air conditioner, but there was no way to turn it on or it wasnt working. So we contacted the person who was in charge for us (we were contacted 1 day before via WhatsApp) and first she told us, that the AC is working and the remoter should be somewhere in the room. She will tell the cleaning company to looking for the remoter.Later that day we finally checked in and the room is smaller than on the pictures. Its a shared apartment (like an Airbnb but you only get a single room of the apartment), with 4-5 small rooms. I guess that every room has their own bathroom. At least we had our own bathroom in our room. Bathroom is modern, BUT the air conditioner didnt work. There was no remoter, only a controller on the wall which didnt seem to work as well. Since it was a really hot and the street noises were too loud to leave the window open through the night, we texted the Guest House again. Then they told us that they blocked out the AC and they could only send us someone on Monday (we arrived on Saturday) to re-block the AC. We texted them that we dont understand why they are blocking the AC when its so hot and that the AC should be available for the guest anytime. They answered that the day before we arrived it wasnt that hot.

  : The location isnt bad.
  : They charge you 30 extra if you arrive after 9 pm and they increase it 10 if it is after 12 am. We arrived at 00:10 because our flight was delayed (and they knew it) but still charged us 40, for the 10 min past 00:00. The sheets were dirty with blood stains and soundproofing is quite poor. We could hear the people next bedroom talking and the noise from the streets.

  : Everything in the apartment was great. The Check-in time was exactly and the person was very nice. The room was clean, air conditioning worked well, and there are cutlery and a microwave in the shared kitchen. When I asked them to bring a chair, they responded quickly and solved the problem soon. The neighborhood can also find some local cafes, pizzeria, restaurants, and supermarkets (my recommendation is "50 Kalo" and "La Locanda di Bacco"). The nearest station is "Reppublica" on Metro line A, but you can easily walk from the Termini station.

  : The mattress and the sheets were old. The air condition did not work. There was no tv channels in English. The cloths dryer did not work. The room was warm and we couldnt open the window because of the excessive noise coming from the Main Street. They also charged me more of the agreed for the cleaning of the unit.
