  : The apartment is next to the coliseum and the Roman forum. That area is also a major transit hub for buses and the B line of the metro. We walked to pretty much everything without any problems. i loved the view of the forum from the windows and there are some good restaurants very close. We were grateful for the lift since the apartment is on the top floor. The building also has 24/7 security, although we never felt unsafe in the area. communication with the host was fabulous! Marco was so east to work with and always responded quickly.
  : Even with the lift, you still have to walk a flight of stairs. Its not terrible but good to know. There is a lot of construction happening around the coliseum and forum and the noise carries to the apartment. We were woken up very early to jackhammers, bells, and general construction noises. On the Saturday night, there was a very loud crowd and fireworks that woke us up. we left the windows open to keep the apartment cool. Had we closed the windows it would helped but not eliminated the problem.

  : Great location. Lovely little apartment. Perfect for a couple for a short stay. Literally right by the Colosseum. Great restaurant just down the hill (Iari vino). Clean. Tidy. Just what we needed.

  : location was great. close to metro and many attractions. many restaurants near by. Marco was very good at responding to questions. The best thing was it had a washing machine! we were on a three week vacation and being able to wash clothes was a big bonus which allowed us to bring less luggage (only took what we could carry on plane) which made our vacation so much easier.
  : it needed some maintenance work. we had issues flushing toilet and the shower drained very slowly. The hot water had issues. It wasnt reliable and the last few days there was no hot water at all. Though with how hot the weather was, we managed ok. also the refrigerator didnt keep things cold, though the freezer part worked fine.

  : Marco, the community manager, was very rude as we ask for one issued we had with the reservation but Gabriele, who did the check in process was polite.
