  : Perfect to visit the non so touristy Rome. The area is nice and walkable and there's plenty to do other than the classic Rome sightseeing. Great for a work/vacation week. Place was clean and bigger than I expected.
  : The WIFI was a bit unstable the first 2 days, but OK the last 2.

  : Its clean, its quite but in a very vibrant area: nice restaurants, coffee bars, Just few steps from the bus stop and walking distance from the underground Conca dOro. Friendly staff.
  : There isnt a kettle in the room: I missed it. No elevator.

  : Our host was so lovely and provided wonderful advice on public transport into the city centre and recommendations on nice places to eat close by. Grazie mille Alfonso! There is also a very nice gelato place nearby which I loved. I think theyve won many awards too

  : Location is only 30 mins from city centre by bus. Plenty of excellent restaurants in the area. rooms were clean. Air conditioning working
  : The square outside on the weekend got very busy and was very loud with windows open. Windows closed with air conditioning and was easy to fall asleep. Cleaning lady in the morning was rude and not friendly.

  : I was delighted that the window in the room comes out to the quiet backyard behind wich the garden begin. That was not sunny side and in the room was pleasant coolness(compared to the street) even without air conditioner, but if you want you can turn on it and adjust the temperature as you want.The stuff is very friendly and helpful.It was clean and well mantained.The place is not in the very center of Rome but you can easily get to by bus (60) wich is next to the front door or by metro wich in 15 minutes walk.There are restorants and shops around.The are only several rooms on the floor and I rare hear neighbors
  : It is not the point for me, but it may be important for someone else - the hotel is on the second floor and you have go up the stairs and open 3 doors with keys, this is mitigated by the willingness of staff to help with luggage when you settling in.The mattress was depressed, I hope the owner will fix it..It would be better if there was a kettle in the room or cooler on the floor, because there're no chances to get boiling water.

  : Very clean modern bedroom and bathroom. Everything that was required for a comfortable stay. Room faced a quiet courtyard and there was no outside noise heard. Several good cafes and bars close by and good transport links to the rest of the city. Would recommend booking a table if eating locally at night as it can get busy.
