  : Central location within walking distance from all main attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and facilitates were ideal for the purpose of our trip.

  : We stayed here for 2 nights and looked for a cozy bed and breakfast to see all the sights Rome has to offer. It was a great choice, location was superb, near all the most famous tourist attractions and still very calm and peaceful to have a great night sleep. It's definitely a good choice for couples.
  : There's always a place for improvement, and if all the guests want to have a breakfast at the same time it might lead to you skipping it or waiting for others to finish until you can have one. It's only because there is not enough space for all the guests to enjoy it. But it's just a small detail and you can always go and have a breakfast somewhere else or talk about it with your lovely hostess.

  : Location was great for us as it was in a quieter neighborhood area not the bustling city center. Easy access to subway and building was secure. We felt safe walking to the hotel during evenings out. With our early arrival, we were allowed to drop our luggage at the desk until the room was ready.
  : Breakfast was nice but a bit too late for us to take advantage of as it opened at 8:30 and most days we were leaving before 8 since we had timed tickets to the critical venues and needed to allow for commute time during rush hour. Although the room is listed as having it's own AC/Heat controller, that isn't exactly accurate. During our visit in March, it was warm during the day and mildly cool at evening but with no airflow in the room it was stuffy so wanted to put the AC on. We were told the property was disallowed to run the AC during that month. Even with our room heat off, the building pipes ran through the walls of our room and held a lot of heat making the room overly warm. Yes, you could feel heat coming through the walls. We were told to open the windows and leave them open all night as they did not have any fans available for guests. Unfortunately, the windows do not have screens and the roll down sun shades still have holes allowing a few bugs to get in the room. Since it wasn't summer, mosquitoes were not heavy and made it almost tolerable but did impact quality of sleep.

  : Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but very nice to have it included in the stay. Aircon in the room was excellent.
  : Check in communication was a little confusing and as we arrived late in the evening it was challenging to find the hotel. It was very hot during our visit and the walk into central is about 20+ minutes
