  : The best thing about this apartment is the location, for sure. It is about a minute away from the Pantheon, and there are tons of good restaurants, gelato shops and it is a vibrant scene just outside the door. And it has good space with 2 bedrooms and a functional kitchen with a dishwasher, and also a clothes washing machine in the apartment. There are two small supermarkets on the next street over which were great for getting snacks and one meal we ate in the apartment. Also, there is an amazing coffee shop nearby that we enjoyed each morning. The property management company also is very responsive and good at getting back to you quickly, and were proactive in helping explain the check in process which was fine and easy to transact.
  : The entry to the apartment building is dirty and very downtrodden. I recognize it is an old building in an historic part of town, but I was hoping this was not foreshadowing the actual state of the apartment as it is very tired and uninspiring. The walls in the apartment entry are likewise beat up, and there is even a stain on one wall that looks like someone dumped coffee on it. The furniture is not comfortable (couch has a slipcover on it that moved around) and the table is rickety and covered with an unattractive plastic tablecloth. And the decorations do not do the apartment justice. It seems quite barren in there, and not at all warm and welcoming. This apartment could be amazing and it just is not. It definitely needs a "refresh". My biggest problem was with the bathroom shower drain. It worked on and off and water would accumulate in the shower pan. I had them come out twice to look at it and their final resolution was to take the hair trap/metal cover off the drain. There is a real problem with trash all over Rome it appears, and a pickup point is directly across the street from the building. So, looking out the window that was the "view" most of the time (bags of trash). Overall I was disappointed in my stay given the cost of the apartment.

  : This place had everything you need. Video provided by host was a really nice touch. They were great with responding back to messages.
  : Parents didn't love the noise at night. But thats Rome, and no fault of property.
