  : The apartment itself is very quiet, and the neighborhood is quiet as well. The best thing about the place is how close the metro station is. There is a mini market and some restaurants nearby as well. The WIFI and room were good.
  : It's not a hotel, it's more like an airbnb. It's an apartment with multiple rooms and each room has a private bathroom. There's no one at the reception, only when you check in you will see them. The building is old, and the elevator is ancient, I didn't even attempt to use it. The bed was not a queen bed, it was 2 single beds next to each other. The cleaner kept trying to open the door to clean the room while I was still inside.

  : Location, 1 minute from metro Bologna and other bus stations. Coffe machine at the reception area. Complementary water and juice. Safe apartment (3 check points to get into apartment). Room was cleaned every day.
  : Too big pillows. Bit noisy from the other apartments, the room was not very good soundproofed.

  : Need to check in by yourself. The opening way is too complicated. There is no floor instruction.

  : The size of the room was siufficiently large, The double bed was good. The noise coming from the street was not really disturbing. The location was of course excellent as it was directly at the Metro station., line B which directly connects to the heart of the city in less than 20 minutes. I could find a lot of restaurants, and markets very close to the appartment. The bathroom was well equipped. The refrigerator inside the wardrobe was working well, the hosts provided mineral water and juice.
  : The room has sober furnishing. The double bed had two small bedside tables. There was a small table which should serve as working desk (?), but the depth was only about 30 cm, so it fits just a computer, no place for documents - no working space.. In one corner there was a arm chair, sitting there you just look to a naked wall as the TV was around the corner above the " working table". So the furnishing can be strongly improved with moderate investments. Some more wall decoration ( with paintings) would avoid a bright room.TV channels were only italian, the TV had a croaking loudspeaker - annoying. The access to the room was challenging at the begining using the electronic " Vikey" system.

  : Good location very near Bologna station and many shops. Even though I didn't meet any staff at check-on, the staff responded quite quickly via WhatsApp, and they had notified me to use WhatsApp before the trip so I was prepared. There is aircon.
  : The moment I entered the room, I noticed a strong smell of disinfectant, like chlorine or bleach. I had to open the window for 4-5 hours for the smell to subside, it was so strong I felt nauseous and could not rest. I would appreciate some air freshener & less strong-smell of cleaning product. There was a scented candle in the room I think, but I didn't have a lighter and wasn't sure if it's ok to light the candle indoors. Also, at night there was very loud Karaoke singing (it was a Wednesday night), up to midnight. I can hear every word. There wasn't a physical staff to ask for help with that kind of issue. There were also some mosquitoes at night. Had to turn on aircon even when it was cool enough at night.
