  : The place is new and very clean, and Amalia was helpful and responsive. You can also leave your luggage in the establishment after check-out as desired. The check-in /check-out and key management are handled very well.
  : It is originally an apartment that has been transformed into a hotel with separate bedrooms, if you get the room near the common space and the entry door you'll hear people coming in and out all the times with their keys rattling quite loudly, which might be an issue if you are a light sleeper. The place is also quite expensive for what it is, even for 2 people. At that price, I would spend a little more for an apartment in more picturesque neighborhood and closer to other attractions.

  : Excelente base to explore the city. Very easy to get to from the nearby Metro. The neighborhood is quiet at night so you can get a good night's sleep. Very clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen area is very convenient. The self check in process was very straight forward and Amalia was very helpful and responsive. We really appreciated being able to leave our bags in the flat after checking out so we could enjoy another day in the city before our late flight. We would stay again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

  : We loved the location, it was very quiet in the night, great contact with the host, good restaurant recommendations. I asked for an iron and received one. There is a nice view from the room.
  : We didn't like the smell from the bathroom- probably from the pipes, but this is issue in most of old buildings.

  : We knew when we booked the accommodation that it was not in the centre of the city which suited us. The metro stop is only about a ten min walk, so it was very handy. We purchased the weekly metro ticket, which we could also use on the buses so easy to get anywhere. Amalia and Francesco are very pleasant and welcoming. Always ready to help and Amalia replied promptly to our requests, organising our airport transfer,queries etc. She is passionate about her work and maintains a high standard.
  : We were happy overall. The apartment is in a neighbourhood so safe

  : The property was around 8mins walking distance of the Cipro underground station and 10mins walking diatance of the Vatican museums. The room was spacious and modern with working air conditioning. Finally an accommodation that understands the importance of having both shampoo and conditioner! The welcome book was also helpful and informative.
  : We were in the road facing and we could hear the traffic but it was a relatively quiet road so it wasn't that bad.The shower water temperature kept changing from hot to cold and we had to keep turn it on/off again.It would have been better to have breakfast offered. It also would have been helpful to have the welcome book sent before the actual stay as when we tried to book a tour after reading about it in the booklet, there was no availability.
