: The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. It was also nice that they booked our car service to the airport. Breakfast was ok.
: The communication and check in process was very confusing. We did not know we needed WhatsApp to view check in instructions. We were never told we would need that app and it made check in a total disaster. We couldnt figure out how to get in the property and when we called they wouldnt give us any information and said we would need to contact them through WhatsApp. I had contacted the property in advance about a late check in but I didnt realize nobody would be there to check us in.

: Very clean! Clean bathroom, clean bed, clean towels, clean blankets.Easy access. No receptionist-you get instructions via WhatsApp so make sure your mobile phone is charged and ready for communication with the owner.Breakfast was available already at 630am even if the information in the room said it is only available between 8am and 10am. Not sure if this is always the case. You get shampoo, bath foam, and some other bathroom items and don't need to bring it on your own.It is perfect location to visit St.Pauls cathedral. Only 15 minute walk. I can definitely recommend this for a couple of days (we only stained one night).
: We could not find the TV remote control :)

: The location was good - in a quiet area and very walkable to everywhere you want to go in Rome. The room was a good size and the bathroom was large with a good walk in shower with a rain head and hand held typical of Europe. They were helpful in ordering a cab for the airport - but you could just walk around the corner for significant savings.
: This is NOT a hotel in any way! Not recommended if its your first time in Rome ( or Europe). You get sent 2 videos on how to get in with various cards and keys and steps to get in from the street. God help you if you lose a key or miss a step in the process as there is nobody responding to the WhatsApp texts that you encounter before you arrive. There is no one on site except during the 8-10 breakfast time. The safe in my room wasnt working however no one responded to my inquiry for help getting it sorted. The first signs you encounter tell you that if you take the wrong card you will be charged and if you want an extra towel its 2 euro. Check out is 10 am which is unusually early. Cleaning is every third day. Breakfast was not great-packaged croissants and over ripe fruit- even coffee was not good. This place has potential -it just needs to be a little more hands on/ accessible as far as customer service. They could at least have a map of Rome posted or some of the freebies from the travel office available.

: Location was great, walking distance to all main sites (sometimes a longer walk but well worth it). Quiet location, nice building. Loved the elevator to get to 3rd floor. Restaurants everywhere. We had a wonderful stay.
: The front door was quite loud and our room was opposite it, so people coming in and out through the night kept waking us up. Some oil on the hinges might be a good idea!
