: The bed was very comfortable, the location of the apartment was very good. There was a lift up to the floor. If you’re looking for a ‘Instagram’ picturesque place it definitely does the trick. WiFi working very well & very effective air conditioning unit. Well kitted our kitchen for someone who wants to make own food.
: The bathroom is shocking. Hot water admittedly was working but the shower head needs a change, barely anything came out, hardly any pressure basically squatted under the main tap-not a luxury experience. Also didn’t feel or look clean but perhaps that is the black decor not doing it favours. Payment process. Should just take it out of the account like most places do prior to stay. Didn’t feel the windows in the corridor were very secure, felt quite flimsy to open & close. The tv- for less money & far more luxurious experience in Florence had Netflix, amazon prime + English channels so basically pointless-google chrome cast would have improved the situation. The apartment overall needs a lick of paint & TLC. The small jobs it needs to raise standard aren’t expensive so it feels neglected at this point.

: Position of the property.Kitchen was well appointed.
: This place was rated as a 2bedroom unit. Only one bedroom with a loft. No bed. The mattress was on the floor and one could not stand up. The living area extremely small and with 5 suitcases, it was ramped. We had finished a cruise previously. We were 4 adults and a16 year old. The bedroom area accommodated the adults, whilst the sleeper was put up in the kitchen. IMAGINE PUTTING UP YOUR GUEST IN THE KITCHEN. The bathroom was painted black and small. The tub is half size with seating space. I had difficulty in balancing myself when taking a shower. On arrival we had to wait for the receptionist to come. Although she highlighted the attractions, no maps etc were provided. I will never recommend. OK for 2 adults and 2 children under 6yrs old.

: Its not very comfortable for a lot of people and there was a problem with the water. It was getting cold randomly and the hot water returned after minutes and you could barely wash with the water the telephone need to be changed
