  : Very clean and well decorated. Location was great. Main bedroom was very comfortable
  : It would have been great for 4 people but not really big enough for 6 adults and one bathroom which was an en-suite. And little things like the plug sockets in the kitchen do not work so you have to go into the living room to use the toaster or the kettle

  : I didn’t catch during the booking, that the cleaning is 50€. The kitchen and the kitchen stuff is very old.The furniture is seems 50 years old, and in not very good condition.

  : 1) apartment very small 2) run out of hot water after 1 shower had cold showers for three days 3) the owner was rude 4) IS NOT A kid friendly building, we travelled with kids and the residents of the building do no appreciate kids being there

  : We was there from 17-22.2.19 Adults 4 and 3 little kids. We've got many problems in the apartment, no hot water for shower, not all the lamp was functioning. i believe the owner was ewer to the problems because when she gave us the key to the apartment she gave us also a key to the electricity cabinet. The doesn't help key didn't feet to the door. we called her several times and contact threw the whatsup. she send a professional to arrange the problem when wasn't home. All our things was in the house. Nothing was arrange in the first time. Only in the second time. So we couldn't take shower only in Wednesday, and the stopped working in the morning that we had to go to airport. We needed to arrange our suitcases in dark .And we forgot the charge of a mobile phone, I must say that it's understatement if i say that we wasn't enjoyed staying there. we didn't came to arrange apartment, we come for vacation. we ask you even a repaid half of the amount that we paid = 748euros.

  : They asked for payment in cash to avoid paying the credit card fee,they said . We payed cash upon arrival and they promised they wouldsend the invoice by email. Ten days after the stay I received anemail from Booking at midnight saying that my booking was cancelledbecause my credit card was not valid!! I have the proof that it isvalid, as they had checked it before the stay and they confirmed itin an email. So they lied to us, as customers, and to Booking. We didstay, and we did pay.

  : Location is very good, (relatively) in a quiet place - not next to the main road, howeverm only 2-3 minutes to them, including bus and tramp stops. Air-conditioner worked, but during warm summer had to be on maximum and 24/7 to cool the air, and still no to 'hotel' temperature (but manageable). House itself and entrace with the corridors are in astonishing historical and exquisite, luxury-like building, with private gate and doors. The guest was nice, typical Italian. Bit late, but smiley :)
  : Cleanliness is the worst part. The flat used to be luxurious, but it looks no one cares about it anymore, so it became almost like student-like flat. Sheets were drywashed, but old, dust is everywhere. A lot of dust. Some electric socks dont work, lights too. In one room none of the lights, so it was completely dark. We were told previous guests crushed it, but well, buy one in Ikea for 5e then! Mold in the shower, but managable for me. The problem might be the rooms too, none could be closed with the door. One bedroom (double bed with nice baldachyne) can be closed with slide doors. Other 'bedroom' is low roof attic, with no air conditioner, so not usable for warm summers, and with no doors. But upstairs, so bit islolated...and nicely decorated. The third 'bedroom' is in living room with no doors, so no privacy when other colleagues are awake. Kitchen is small but sufficient, terrace is in the middle of the 4 walls, so no view. And very noisy and warm with all air-condition heat. And dirty, as the whole flat. When new, must have been beautiful. But for smoking break ok.
