  : The bathroom was tiny. Looked clean until you looked under the bed. The coffee area has a sensor light, which goes on and off all the time while you're having coffee, it can't just be switched on .

  : Aircon didnt work , so had to sleep with the window open and the street noise from the trams was extremely loud.

  : Additional comment (edited 10/13):I lived in the hotel for two nights, and I wrote a review. I wrote about both highlights and flaws. If you take a look at other customers reviews, you can find what I say and point out are commonly reported by others and not just me. However, the hotel replied to my review, in their reply, they lied about me stealing their stuff which Ive never done. Interestingly, if you go to their Booking review section, you can find them doing the same thing, spreading fake stories to every customer who gave an un-ideal review and the hotel has never given any evidence. You may find people complaining about breakfastbreaking their coffee machine; complaining about cleaningnessruining their room; complaining about servicestealing things or check-out/in late. Always the template.Let's ask a simple logic: if I ever did what they claimed what I'd done, why would I take the risk to expose myself to comment here, saying things that other people already pointed out for me? Same for others, If those other consumers have ever done those things, how come no other consumer reported it but just the hotel? Were those customers always happened to live with NO neighbour customers?This is an ILLEGAL case of spreading fake rumours about me and damaging my personal image without any evidence. I have reported it to the Booking and conducted legal defence at the europa consumers' site. For the hotel, plz call the police for what you claim I've done. I will be more than happy to bring it into the legal process which in fact I'm already doing so. For other customers, Would you like to stay in a hotel that lies and spreads your fake rumours?Below is the original comment keeping as evidence:An unpleasant experience, thought it indeed has some highlights: location is great to be fair, 5 mins away from the Termini station, 3 mins away from the metro. Got some cafe and restaurants around.
  : located near the main street, it was insanely noisy, noticebly when the tram passby. Plus the Wifi was unstable and i cant even use my own data coz no signal in the room. Service was bad, I lived for two nights but only got shampoo and stuff for one nights. Reception was impatient, mannerless, unpunctual, and never able to provide any assistants. Can only say if looking for business short-time stay, it's okay. If for tourists, NO, A BIG NO.

  : there wasnt any drinking water available, and the boiler was dirty

  : We did not like anything about this stay room was tiny and staff were very rude
  : We did not like the room the double bed was 2 single beds pushed together, room was tiny, they said they offered breakfast there is no breakfast included is false advertising, the owner was very rude and said he can put whatever he wants in the listing and got angry and yelled the kids got scared, we where very upset but had no where to go felt trapped, do not book this room overpiced, the bathroom also was so small you had to sit sideways to go to the toilet your knees hit the wall.
