  : Its a shared apartment, the owners live there and its a little uncomfortable hearing them eat, caugh, go to the toilet. Tried taking a nap in the afternoon but unable because of the noise in the apartment

  : Location great - close to Trastevere for all the restaurants and bars. Very close to the bus stop. About half an hour to walk into the sights.Host was very friendly and allowed us to store our bags for a couple of days while we went to Florence which was very helpful. She was very accomodating to any requests we had.Nice and quiet, comfortable bed.

  : The location is excellent - easy walking distance to the Colosseum, public transit right outside the door (buses and trams), lots of lovely cafes and restaurants (the coffee shop directly next to the property was perfect for breakfast). The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy. The host spoke very little English but we were able to communicate effectively with gestures and my spanish words - he was very helpful in terms of directions and showing us how things worked. Water pressure in shower was lovely.
  : there is an elevator - but we didn't find this out until we had already walked up the 3 flights of stairs.... it was slightly noisy at night (which didn't bother us as one of us sleeps soundly and the other had earplugs but if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs) no breakfast - just instant coffee, tea and biscuits

  : They changed the towels every day
  : The room was dark and cold. Towels were heavily used before, not soft. The bed was not comfortable, the mattress was also overused.I was told constantly to respect the check out time that made me feel that I was not welcomed at all. The water in the shower was ice cold for ten minutes before the warm water started to flow, I think this unacceptable.

  : The place is clean and comfy, everything one might expect and need.
  : The hosts were knocking on my door quite often, so sense of privacy wasn't exactly great. If there was breakfast, nobody offered it, and there was no communication about it (but I forgot to ask, also). It may have been a matter of language barier; neither of the guests spoke English.

  : We stayed four nights in this property and we really enjoyed during our stay .all the transportation are very easy to go any tourist points .they are so kind and frankly .highly recommended this property.

  : Additioal cost for local tax 48Eur without bill. No breakfast even if B&B !!! No kitchin. Noizy room on main street side.
